Have been wanting to try this Mimmo's for a long time. I grew up with the original in JC from the 70's so I had high hopes it would hit the mark. It had been quite a while since I had mimmos in JC. Something wasn't the same as I remember but it wasn't a disappointment. It could be my memory and maybe the exact same recipe, but either way it was a winner. Got the Mimmos special and the crust was excellent. Crispy but chewy thin crust. They absolutely know what they are doing. Looking for to going back.
